We plan to build our way around the globe . What I will get the kids to do is build one of the free models from this website

Also getting them to do a mini report on the country, including any information that they feel is relevant and presenting that information however they want (Lapbook, file folder game, comic, chart or a written report). We will probably even having one day where we cook meals from that country.
