We are a Homeschooling family of 2 adults, 3 children and a lovable but sometimes mischief dog. We started our homeschooling of our eldest child DD ‘T’ in 2009 because of a bullying problem at the school she was attending. Then at the start of 2010 we started homeschooling our next child DS ‘L’, along with some informal/ occasional teaching of our youngest DD ‘F’. So now we continue to teach all three children and ourselves because of our desire to give our children the best education for them! Their curriculum's are put together by myself with input from each child and morphs throughout the year as their needs and interests change. One thing I have found with homeschooling my children is that both their relationships with each other and with us as parents has strengthened, and their thirst for knowledge has grown.
On this website you will find the information that I have gathered, often with the help of the wider homeschooling community to help us with our journey. I wanted to put the information somewhere that I too could help other parents find relevant information when either considering homeschooling or continuing to homeschool.
